Contributions to Kennedy for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $9,900 per cycle ($3,300 for the special, $3,300 for the primary, and $3,300 for the general). PACs and LLCs are limited to $5,000. Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individual contributors.
